TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The client shall pay MAXIMO 50% upon invoice receipt and 50% after the completion of our installation. At Maximo's discretion, but in particular with larger or delayed jobs, MAXIMO will make progress claims which are to be paid within 3 days of invoice being sent.
- The job is to be completed within 3 months of acceptance, by the client, after which should there be any additional costs (i.e. materials and labour price increases) incurred by Maximo, these will priced into the job and passed onto the client for payment as a variation.
- All acceptances require a signed copy of the quote to be returned MAXIMO before our process can commence.
- Should the final measure uncover additional work which was not in the quote, this cost will be added to the price of the job.
- Our pricing is based on the wind zone specified in the plans. If the wind zone is not specified, we will use the wind zone as per BRANZ Map. Upon accepting this quote, you also accept the Branz wind zone.
- Payment terms are net three (3) days from the date of invoice initiation or project completion date.
- The site has to be ready and complete before the final measure can be undertaken. We cannot measure an incomplete job.
- Product warranty is five years and the workmanship warranty is one year.

- Flashings (if required) are not provided by Maximo
- Only one measure is priced into each job. Additional measures will be at an extra PC sum of $500 + GST.
- Quote is valid 1 month from the date sent.
- Pricing is based on level (non-sloping) balcony, platforms, ground etc unless stated.
- If installing post into ground/concrete we assume that there will be no obstructions such as drains, sprinklers etc. If there are obstructions, there may need to be a variation to the price.
- For louvre roofs we highly recommend using our approved electrician. We cannot provide support to non-approved electricians.
- Once a louvre roof has been installed, we will send and invoice. Plumbing, electrical work and flashings are by others and payment of our invoice is not dependent on them completing their work. In addition, should we leave a cap off to provide the electrician or plumber with internal access to the roof, this is still deemed as the roof being completed and will not delay the payment of the Maximo invoice.
- It is the clients responsibility to ensure there aren't any cavities in the substrate Maximo does not take any responsibility for any damage caused if there are cavities, (eg void underneath tiles, no cavity batons behind cladding etc.)
- Construction timber (Plywood) must be used for cavity battens to strengthen balustrade fixing points. Cavity battens must be installed by the builder/client as per Maximo instructions for balustrade post centers.
- Scaffolding and/or edge protection is not included in our pricing. Full and fixed scaffolding and/or edge protection is to be provided by the client or builder.
- Should a site specific (SS)PS1 be required, this will be at the cost of the client. Depending on the outcome of the SSPS1, there may be an increase in price which is to be paid by the client.
